From the jobsite to the lead machine

Being the best in your trade and keeping the schedule full are two different jobs. I learned that the hard way.

I have spent my working life in and around construction and the trades. I started on the tools and ran my own crew. I have hung drywall, run landscaping, sold roofing, and moved building products. I know what it feels like to do excellent work and still watch a slow season hollow out the calendar.

I also ran a business that knew the trade cold and still struggled, because nobody teaches a tradesperson how to market and sell. So I went and learned it. I spent years inside the industry building the sales and marketing systems that actually move work in the door, eventually helping steer a construction portfolio worth tens of millions and the team behind it.

Along the way I watched the same thing happen over and over. The operator who shows up and does it right gets out-marketed by a bigger outfit with a bigger budget and a slicker website. Customers never even find the better pro. That is the problem Find Your Pro exists to fix.

I have also seen owner-operators hand money to agencies that sent reports instead of customers. Never again. So this is built the opposite way. You pay once to build the asset, then you only pay when it brings you real, paying work. We do not get to win unless you do.
